Sous Chef needed for this lively, upscale eatery!

San Francisco, CA
This lively upscale eatery located in San Francisco is seeking an evening Sous Chef

Duties will include:
  • Expediting of tickets for dinner service
  • Overseeing quality of product
  • Ability to cook proficiently on any station- am and pm menu
  • Training new staff
  • Cutting staff according to flow of customers
  • Tasting dishes with new FOH staff
  • Nightly ordering
  • Nightly closing of kitchen, including special cleaning projects
  • Overseeing waste and recycling procedures
  • Must have at least 2 years of recent  experience working as a Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant
