*5+ years as a EKM/Executive Chef with diverse culinary experience running a $5.0+ volume, full service, corporate, casual theme kitchen (must have corporate, casual theme experience running structured kitchens)
*Experience and full understanding of executing small to large scale events and banquets
*Full understanding of cost centers and how to run & control
*Extensive experience managing a large, diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
*You are a Standards Bearer-you don't settle
