Very popular bakery seeking Head Baker in the South Bay 

Responsibilities include 
-Lead and develop a team to produce the best products with great attention to details. 
-Ensure financial controls and fiscal performance for the Culinary department are met consistent with stated goals and objectives.
-Collaborate with the General Manager and Guest Services team members on guest requests and orders.
-In charge of production schedule and all aspects of the kitchen's operations.
-Work on exclusive custom projects 

- Must have 5 to 10 years of management experience in professional kitchen
- Culinary degree
- High proficiency in Cake Decoration 
- Hotel background is a plus
