Experienced General Manager for Very Busy Commissary/Take-Out Restaurant

The GM of the restaurant is responsible for all da-to-day operations, staffing, and the development of team members while providing all guests the best dining experience. This candidate will have a great deal of knowledge in the management of a commissary with a focus on mass production.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·      Coach & develop staff
·      Hiring of staff
·      Oversee day to day operations of takeout, delivery and pickup
·      Management of cash handling within restaurant
·      Coordinate all aspects of a commissary kitchen that funnels food and dry goods to other existing locations
·      Ensuring guest satisfaction thru the education of the FOH staff
·      Oversee day to day operations
·      Maintaining cleanliness standards set by senior management
·      Manage facilities within restaurant to ensure that all equipment is in compliance and functioning correctly
·      Produce & maintain staff schedules
·      Store inventory of non-perishables and controllable
·      Oversee, coach & development of FOH supervisor and BOH supervisor
·      Minimum 5 years in a GM or Executive Kitchen Manager position with a focus on fast-casual & organic/sustainable food driven concept or minimum of 3 years managing in a commissary kitchen with a focus on mass production
·      Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, or developing team leaders
·      Outgoing personality & self -driven
·      Multi-tasking and problem solving in an environment with little supervision in a very high paced environment
·      Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs
·      Basic POS knowledge of systems such as Aloha or Micros
·      Experience in managing sales excess of $7 million
·      ServSafe Manager Certification
·      Must be bilingual
