Essential Functions:
You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting as well as some HR activities. This position will require strong communication and administrative skills along with good attention to detail as a next-level step into the HR Recruiting field.
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of means including social media and attendance of job fairs
  • Screening and reviewing applications/resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
  • Assisting  with employee on-boarding activities, to include the following:
  • Coordinate pre-employment background checks and other reference checks and/or pre-screenings as required
  • Provide assistance with I-9 and other relevant documents
  • New Hire Orientation and coordinate attendance when necessary
  • Submitting and reviewing backgrounds checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment tests
  • Assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as assigned such as preparing new hire packets, interview questionnaires, and other documentation
  • Managing and fulfilling job orders
  • Managing and posting to various job board accounts and database
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with our Operations team(s) managers and associates
Position Requirements:
  • Work in high-energy team environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills required
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office
  • Have a desire to constantly interact/communicate with various personalities and maintaining solid working relationships with both skilled trade workers and sales personnel
  • Industry knowledge is required
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Minimum 1 year of full life cycle recruitment experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of social media sites with respect to recruitment
  • Must be extremely comfortable with constantly changing priorities
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Possesses strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, prioritization and coordination skills
