Sous Chef for a Vegan restaurant that is growing and expanding fast!! You will work with our Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including: employee supervision and training, system implementation and maintenance, inventory control and ordering, quality control, ensuring proper health and safety procedures and codes are adhered too, working prep and service.
Skills - strong organizational and leadership skills - strong knowledge of health code and proper cooking procedures/techniques
Cuisine - vegan - should have interest and not an aversion to this type of cooking
Great hours and no long days!! Only open eves and Sunday Brunch.
