***Head Chef for busy Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant***

San Francisco, CA
Seeking an experienced Chef to run our very busy kitchen. A strong presence in the restaurant is key with great attention to detail in kitchen management and quality service.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring service runs smoothly
  • Supervising kitchen staff
  • Overseeing and assisting with food production tasks
  • Ensuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
  • Kitchen administrative duties
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Menu creation
Chef should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.  
Conversational Spanish is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule.
