This highly acclaimed Michelin rated restaurant is currently interviewing for an experienced Chef de Cuisine. Being a Michelin star recipient and top rated restaurant, they are looking for staff that can maintain this level of excellence.
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. You will be responsible for both short- and long-range planning including the development and execution of new menus and pricing, equipment, and budget planning, cost control, and profit contribution to the restaurant.
You will have overall responsibility for the day to day activities in the kitchen and for maintaining complete control of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as Chef de Cuisine experience for a full service $5M+ annual sales restaurant. You must possess strong leadership skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will set the standard for quality and cultivate top-performing teams and be a strong trainer and motivator. You should be an entrepreneurial self-starter.
