Sous Chef for a Popular Landmark Bay Restaurant!

Great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef for one of the Bay’s most popular landmark restaurants!
This person will be a part of a team in a small but growing restaurant group that pays well and takes great care of their employees. The ideal candidate is an independent worker and able to keep calm during a busy shift. The position requires a strong leader who not only is a skilled chef, but can assign tasks and motivate workers in a high-pressure environment while keeping calm. 

  • Five years of restaurant and 3 years supervising experience.
  • Advanced understanding of cooking, knife handling skills, and training.
  • Maintain consistency of recipes, portion controls, and specific presentation of dishes as set up by the restaurant.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Experienced with high-volume restaurants
Salary: 55-$60k+ (plus benefits and bonuses)
