Executive Chef/Culinary Director (San Francisco)
A fine fining, American style restaurant group is looking for a hands on working Executive Chef/Culinary Director.
The Culinary Director will be responsible for all culinary operations across all four businesses.
Responsible for all recipe and menu development, including: conceptualizing, testing, documenting and producing print-quality recipes.
Coordinated Celebrity Chef Appearances, Satellite Media tours, Charity dinners, and endorsement deals around the world.
The candidate must possess proven experience leading a team of line cooks and servers. The Executive Chef should be able to effectively create menus focused in American food presented with a creative flair. Responsibilities include: menu planning, engaging residents satisfaction, ordering, daily cooking, budget analysis, management, upholding strict sanitation standards, hiring and managing staff.
