-Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role in a refined casual dining establishment and will posses a deep working knowledge of and passion for all facets of the restaurant business.
-Individual will display a strong work ethic, take pride in precision and detail, have impeccable culinary skills, and an unwavering commitment to the cause.
-This individual would also feel as comfortable running a line station as they would managing kitchen systems and employees.
-Must have strong working knowledge of POS systems, food and labor costing, menu development, butchery, and beverage pairings. Heavy banquet experience a plus.
-Must know how manage a large staff on global and individual levels and be very self-motivated and able to work independently.
