Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a management role in a fine dining establishment and will posses a deep working knowledge of and passion for all facets of the restaurant business.
Individual will display a strong work ethic, take pride in precision and detail, have impeccable culinary skills, and an unwavering commitment to the cause.
This individual would also feel as comfortable running a line station as they would managing kitchen systems and employees.
Must have strong working knowledge of POS systems, food and labor costing, menu development, butchery, and beverage pairings. Heavy banquet experience a plus.
Must know how manage a large staff on global and individual levels and be very self-motivated and able to work independently.
