Assist Estate Chef in executing daily food pairings and lunches
Maintain quality standards set by the Estate Chef
Daily food prep
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new, seasonal menus
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills with guests and staff
Maintain a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
