A talented Chef de Cuisine is needed for this high volume restaurant located in San Francisco! Someone who will take ownership, has passion and experience cooking plant based
cuisine is highly desired! It's important the CDC can maintain high quality, tasty and creative entrees.
- Reports directly to GM & Director of Kitchen OPS. All BOH team members will report directly to the CDC
- Will ensure operational excellency, effective leadership, and complete responsibility for the restaurant
- Must maintain monthly average over 4 stars on Yelp reviews
- Must meet financial goals and maintain proper staffing levels
- Will manage and lead with passion, drive and awareness
- Must exude positive energy, be approachable and set the pace for restaurant staff
- Menu development that is in line with plant based cuisine is required... consistent training will need to be in place for proper execution
- Responsible for meeting monthly financial goals of the restaurant
- Directly responsible for restaurant facilities including equipment
- Participates in weekly manager meetings
- Open availability
Salary: 70-85K DOE plus bonus, benefits and room for growth!
