Candidates should have at least two years' experience in casual dining in a management role. Dynamic, dedicated leaders with a strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, direct communication skills, and a passion for food is needed. Applicants must also be able to coach and effectively manage a small hardworking team. Knowledge of inventory and labor controls is required.
