Candidates must have the following experience:
- Made from scratch Mexican cooking experience
- High touch service and management experience
- Must be comfortable running the line and managing staff
- Well versed in cost control and financials
- Those with established local relationships with local purveyors and farmers highly desired
- Must be well versed in creating house made tortillas, salsas, ceviches and other staples
