Solid and growing Michelin starred restaurant group is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef for our new upscale restaurant located in the South Bay. As the Head of Culinary for this new concept, you will work with our Chef/Partner to develop the menu and hire a team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected group and develop something new.
*Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
*Be inspired and driven with a strong sense of urgency
*Be a leader in the kitchen
*Possess a positive attitude, excellent organization and time management skills
*Be available to work weekends and holidays
