Executive Chef / Cafe Manager

Internationally renown cafe is in search of a Head Chef/Cafe Manager for an upcoming prominent location in vibrant Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivating, and loves working with an intimate team. The cafe will feature a seasonal rotation of menu items along with principle features. This role will require a complete command of kitchen operations, front of the house execution, and all financial operations management. This new location will be a breakfast, lunch, and brunch concept. 

All financial and operations management 
All FOH and BOH training and development 
Maintaining superior relationships with vendors 
Will report directly to owners 

Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen management experience 
Savory and Pastry background with French preferred
