This bustling and growing restaurant group is seeking an AM Production Chef !
Must have a minimum of 2 years Line Cook experience, 2 years Sous Chef experience and 1 year as Chef.
Ability to provide or complete Food Handler certification and renew as necessary.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, recipe books, and procedural manuals.
Computer literate and proficient in Excel & Word. •
Ability to put together reports, food audits and accurate labor and food cost numbers.
Ability to perform all duties, demands and responsibilities as listed in this job description
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Annual starting salary $50k to $70k
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Sick, Dining, Bonus
- Management Food Handler required
- Must consent to a motor vehicle record check and be approved as a company driver
- Would report to Executive Chef
