A beautiful new luxury boutique hotel is searching for a talented Chef de Cuisine specializing in a fusion of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The menu will have a focus on locally sourced sea and land ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a love for California Coastal hospitality and will be excited to lead the development and execution of this unique culinary program. This luxury boutique hotel will feature breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events catering. Experience with weddings and high profile client is a bonus.
Responsibilities will include menu development, hiring and training, direct management of all back of the house operations, and working with Regional Food & Beverage Director to open and establish the professional kitchen.
Experience will require a minimum of two years experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef role.
