A popular family-style concept is searching for a Chef Partner to lead the culinary team in a high volume and fast paced restaurant. The ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable with managing a busy professional kitchen, has a passion for training, has great relationships with purveyors, and enjoys inactions with guests.
- Direct control over all food production and ensure the highest quality of food service, safety, and sanitation policy are adhered to.
- Strong skills in inventory cost and controls, financial management, and administrative duties.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior Executive Chef experience.
- Experienced in high volume and full-service dining.
Culinary degree and Italian background is a plus.
Salary is competitive with a quarterly bonus program.
