General Manager for Growing Restaurant Group in SF!

This fun and lively neighborhood restaurant in San Francisco creates thoughtfully prepared Italian-inspired food, using locally-sourced ingredients from Northern California.

They are currently seeking a strong, General Manager to lead their outstanding team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to a career in the restaurant industry, passionate about food and hospitality, shares the common goals of refinement and integrity of service.

General Manager Qualifications:
- This position is fully responsible for managing, developing and inspiring  staff, as well as ensuring the operational, financial and cultural success of our restaurant.
- Minimum five years of experience in fast-paced fine dining establishments, including one year experience as a GM or supervising other managers
-Extensive experience with Resy, Aloha, and Ctuit, or similar systems
-Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant financials, inventory, payroll, P&L with a focus on meeting and exceeding company goals and objectives
-Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Google Docs
-Demonstrated ability to manage and complete long-term projects, and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities
-Ability to create and implement systems that work for both management and staff
-A natural ability to provide and inspire genuine, refined and hospitable service
-Excellent leadership skills with a warm and engaging personality
-Impeccable organizational and time management skills
-Passion and understanding of the current local food scene
-A POSITIVE ATTITUDE and an outgoing personality that fits in with the existing team
-Solid references
