This growing and very successful New American restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef for their newest location in Oakland! The Executive Chef will be in charge of overseeing a large staff, daily buffet cooking and planning, menu creation and execution. This candidate must be able to work on the fly in an ever changing environment. New and fresh meals will be prepared daily for the restaurant and market including a refined, restaurant style buffet and "to go" items. Candidates should have previous experience working within a concept that grosses 5M or more.
Candidates must be experienced overseeing a large staff and have experience with buffet cooking and/or catering. Hotel experience preferred.
Salary: 90-100K plus great benefits and perks!
