The Assistant DOO is accountable for providing strong support to the DOO, specific project management and both support and leadership to management teams. The core general areas of focus for the Assistant DOO are unit financial performance, loss prevention & risk management, customer experience / quality assurance, workplace culture, as well as unit development & maintenance support (new openings, re brandings, capital improvements, R&M, operational systems etc)

Successfully pass computerized employment testing and in-person interview

Experience in new location planning and opening

Assist post P&L action items
Loss Prevention & Risk Management
Regular analysis or Restaurant Guard and investigation into suspicious activity
Monitoring of Tip reporting and overseeing corrective actions
Regular cash handling procedure and bank audits
Participation in and fostering of Injury & Illness Prevention Program
