Qualified candidates will have the ability to inspire cooks, teach with patience, and cook every station is a must.Technique and adherence to good craftsmanship are what we look for in hiring motivated Sous Chefs.
Minimum 2-5 years as a Sous Chef REQUIRED
Meat and Fish Butchery, Pasta making, Pizza experience
Team player able to work with diverse crew
Open Availability ( mostly nights )
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Pastry Experience is a plus but will be included in duties
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Serve Safe Manager Certification
Strong communication skills
