General Manager for growing San Francisco Taqueria

Location: San Francisco, CA
We are looking for dedicated professionals to help us grow our brand
 
  • Collaborate with the director of operations to recruit  and hire the right talent for each position in your unit
  • Participate in servicing our guests while guiding, coaching and mentoring employees
  • Prepare and manage work schedules to effectively control labor and to meet our service standards and guest expectations
  • Develop team members talent and skills to train and promote from within
  • Build a strong culture of workplace safety. Send employees back home the same way they came to work
  • Implement and upheld food safety standards while maintaining excellence in product quality
  • Communicate and educate team members on all company wide rollouts, new processes, products, promotions, etc.
  • Responsible for managing and growing sales plus track food costs and labor costs to achieve financial goals
  • Resolve guest issues favorably
  • Be the coach. Guide and hold team members accountable for their performance and attendance. Maintain discipline and order to achieve a harmonious work environment for everyone where employees feel respected, valued and happy at work
  • Process personnel paperwork, attendance records, performance reviews, merit increases and terminations according to company standards
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with excel and other financial reporting programs
