***Kitchen Manager in SF with corporate hours***

duties include:
  • ordering and managing inventory, training and keeping food prep and plating up to standards
  • in charge of food handlers and food safety, motivating, encouraging and guiding kitchen staff
  • keep up with kitchen cleanliness, creating employee schedules and
  • keep track of labor hours in the kitchen, resolving conflicts in the kitchen if necessary
  • work well with management and owners to make sure restaurant is running efficiently, implementing head chef’s recipes and requirements,
  • make sure everyone in the kitchen is doing their jobs efficiently
  • maintain the positive attitude and atmosphere we currently have in the kitchen
SKILLS REQUIRED:
2-5 years previous kitchen manager experience
upward movement on resumes with good track record and references
