The General Manager strives to oversee the highest standards in all areas of restaurant management, guest and employee relations and financial success.
He/She is also responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees.optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Train new hires and other employees in need of learning experiences.
  • Engage customers to get a better idea of their expectations and whether or not those expectations have been met during their visit.
  • Develop goals for revenue, customer service and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with your team to see what goals they view as important.
  • Create relationships with your staff and customers. Everybody's role on the team matters, and it's your responsibility to show them that.
  • Meet goals through strategic planning and collaboration. Achievements are a group effort, and with everybody on board, you're far more likely to reach your goals.
  • Juggle a range of responsibilities, including customer service, scheduling, training and all other aspects of managing a team.
  • Work hard to deliver the best experience possible for our guests, every time they visit. This means consistency and excellency at every opportunity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work environment and daily tasks.
  • Primary responsibilities include:™
    Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance.™
    Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
    Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Food safety and planning
    Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance
    of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.™
    Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
    Requirements:

     
 
 
  • Proven upward and stable career moves on resumes
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have 5-7 years minimum of GM experience in a hi-profile successful restaurant prefer in the New York Area area
