Location: San Francisco, CA
This established and very successful restaurant is seeking a skilled, career-minded Assistant General Manager. Candidates who are passionate about ingredients hospitality and have knowledge and curiosity for Italian food and wine is key. 

Ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff training/education with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to successfully interact with an established clientele on a daily basis. Individual would be responsible for the restaurant's daily operations, dining room management and guest relations. Candidate must be confident to lead high energy, volume-driven services. Fluency in micros, open table and excel software required to manage labor controls, budgets and  purchasing.

This location is a casual, busy venue with continuous service that offers a daily changing menu that celebrates the best of rustic Italian cuisine with spit roasted or grilled meats and fish, wood oven pizzas and house made pastas.

REQUIREMENTS:


Experience with MICROS and OpenTable, and excel.
Knowledge of regional Italian food and Italian wine growing regions a plus
