The Sales Manager works to build and strengthen existing relationships while promoting the events capabilities of the restaurant and bakery.  Exercises creativity in their approach to identify ways to meet event needs and build event revenue.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales aspects of the private dining and special event functions. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years relevant management experience in a kitchen driven or fine dining environment. The successful individual will have a strong sense of responsibility, organization and detail orientation.
