Location: Wine Country, California
Rare opportunity for a talented Chef de Cuisine to join a world-renowned wine country restaurant group.  The position requires an experienced and strong leader who is not only a skilled chef but can assign tasks and motivate workers in a high-volume, high-pressure environment while keeping calm.  This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile, Michelin rated restaurant.

  • Three years of relevant experience  
  • Comfortable in a fine-dining environment
  • Advanced understanding of cooking, knife handling skills, and training
  • Creative with seasonal menus
  • Must be organized, hands-on and lead by example
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Classical French training is a plus  
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000, plus quarterly bonuses, benefits (medical, dental, vision), monthly dining card
