Operations Manager needed!

Location: San Francisco, CA
This award winning, bustling San Francisco restaurant is seeking  an Operations Manager to lead and manage all facets of the FOH operations and service.

  • Manage and execute service and improve upon culinary, hospitality and service standards, and advance the education and performance of staff.
  • Responsible for FOH training, scheduling and service.
  • Should be a skilled, career-minded individual who is passionate about gourmet food, hospitality and education.
  • Knowledge and curiosity about wine and fine dining is key with the confidence and ability to lead a sophisticated and dedicated service staff.

MUST have:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality management.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Fluency in excel and word
  • Proficiency in Restaurant Systems
  • Food & Beverage knowledge with a solid understanding of international and domestic wines
  • Fine dining experience
  • This position has growth potential!
