Seeking Experienced Sous Chef for Popular SF Hotel

Location: San Francisco, CA
Seeking a Banquet Sous Chef for one of San Francisco's best hotels.  The position requires a strong leader who has experience in a high-volume, high-pressure environment. Lots of opportunity for growth with an excellent and growing group.  

TECHNICAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Two years of experience as an Executive Chef, Room chef, Sous Chef
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations 
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills 
  • Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service 
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge 
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment 
  • Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred
