AM Production Chef needed!

Location: Sonoma, CA
This bustling and growing restaurant group is seeking an AM Production Chef !
 
  • Must have a  minimum  of 2 years Line Cook experience, 2 years Sous Chef experience and 1 year as Chef.
  • Ability to provide or complete Food Handler certification and renew as necessary.  
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, recipe books, and procedural manuals.
  •  Computer literate and proficient in Excel & Word. •
  • Ability to put together reports, food audits and accurate labor and food cost numbers.
  •  Ability to perform all duties, demands and responsibilities as listed in this job description
-          Full-time, 40+ hours per week
-          Annual starting salary $50k to $70k
-          Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Sick, Dining, Bonus
-          Management Food Handler required 
-          Must consent to a motor vehicle record check and be approved as a company driver
-          Would report to Executive Chef
