Full time Marketing Manager & PR Manager needed!

Location: San Francisco, California
**Growing and successful restaurant group in San Francisco is seeking a full-time marketing + PR manager**

Qualified candidates will oversee the marketing and PR for the brand. Managers will set full scale marketing initiatives as well as social media management, create and maintain media lists, develop story pitch calendars, liase with community and third-party partners and oversee branded event strategy. Managers are responsible for working across departments and operations teams.

Desired skills and experience:
  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership role with direct reports and creative responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred 
  • Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record leading or managing social/digital media platforms and analytics
  • Experience leading/managing a portfolio of brands
  • Proficiency with the following strongly preferred:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop required)
  • WordPress
  • Illustrator
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Hootsuite, or comparable content management tool)
  • Twitter, Facebook, Google+, FourSquare and Instagram (analytics/advertising)
  • Facebook Ad Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Email platform (preferably MailChimp)
  • SEO
  • HTML
  • Asana , or similar project management tool
  • Tableau
  • Yext, or comparable online listings tool

Qualifications:
  • Executive level communication skills-written, verbal and presentation
  • Strong strategic, analytical and organizational skills 
  • Results driven with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with competing timelines
  • Proven ability to set and communicate a clear vision and bring strategy to life
  • Social media savvy; understand how to use social media to drive sales and brand awareness, including social media advertising
  • Experience with targeted email campaigns
  • Ability to develop marketing plans (corporate, brand and local level)
  • Experience in conducting, leading or managing quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record of managing teams and vendors
  • Design eye
  • Significant business and stakeholder relationship building experience
  • Responsiveness to change and leads as a change agent
  • Experience developing and managing a marketing plan
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work independently; a self-initiator, versatile and assumes risk with responsibility
