Chef de Cuisine needed in San Francisco!

Location: San Francisco, CA
This highly celebrated San Francisco restaurant known for it's daily changing menu is seeking a strong Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef!

Candidates must have the following experience:
  • A passion for cooking and possess a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Experience with a seasonal California cuisine menu
  • Refined dining cooking experience
  • Menu creation and  a strong business sense
  • Must be used to fast paced and high volume of 3K or more
  • Must be able to manage from top to bottom
  • Must be strong with P&L, food costs and be systems oriented
