Director of Sales and Private Dining needed in San Francisco!

POSITION PROFILE:
The Director of Sales & Private Dining (DoSPD) is fundamentally responsible for driving sales, partnership, marketing opportunities and unique private dining experiences to grow revenue and increase the visibility and esteem of the Company’s component businesses. 

The DoSPD possesses a deep appreciation of and passion for the Company’s restaurants and businesses—their cuisines, service standards, and identities. S/he is an evangelist for the Company and  has 10+ years of experience with luxury brands. There is frequent interaction with prominent and high-profile clientele.

Duties:
  • Financial oversight and people management
  • Full P&L oversight for an offsite events and catering business
  • Must proactively devise and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets 
  • Significant people management to include a cross-functional teams of event planning, hospitality and culinary professionals
  • Motivating and developing teams 
  • Must be fluent across current and emerging marketing channels and drive the development of a cohesive communications strategy
  • Engage selected employees, the Company’s public relations firm, media contacts, and other influencers to achieve media goals that the DoSPD is responsible for setting
  • Development of print and digital marketing collateral is also required
  • Must be comfortable spearheading a metrics-driven approach to increasing email and digital engagement
  • Leverages the Company’s world-class hospitality resources to produce unique events and activations that encourage further excitement and attention around the Company’s brands
