General Manager needed in the North Bay!! Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day unit operations from service to financial and cost management to overall team leadership.  As a manager, the GM is enlisted with hiring and scheduling of the team. This role is vital as it contributes to the long-term growth through leadership and collaboration. The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, and technical skills. 

Job Overview:
  •  Oversee day to day operations and manage all unit employees
  •  Interface with customers
  • Promote and train 
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain safe food handling practices are followed 
  • Ensure proper storage of all food
  • Monitor complaints and address concerns on social media
  • ​Coordinate with the Catering Manager to complete catering orders
  •  Financial management and reporting
  •  Cash handling, bank deposits and tips
  • ​ Cost management including labor and food
  •  Oversee all FOH & BOH staffing
  • Training of staff, hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with managers and staff; Spanish language skills strongly preferred
  •  Expect to work 50 hours per week - Full time availability is required
